Possibly the first Irish drummer to grab my attention was Eamon Carr of the band "Horslips" with their great tradition of Celtic Rock. The Irish Times quoted that "Sean Carpio may be the finest drummer ever produced here" Sean has played with the Louis Stewart Quintet and is one of Ireland's most respected drummers. Other tracks included Hit & Miss, Alone and As I See It In 2013 the band released their 4 track EP entitled Hidden Pigeon. Jacqueline plays drums and percussion with The Statics. Kevin is a brilliant jazz drummer with an excellent C.V. Liam is a drummer, percussionist and vocalist who has performed and recorded with incredible artists such as Van Morrisson, Paul Brady, The Blue Nile, Boyzone, Foy Vance, Maura O'Connell, Brian Kennedy, Ronan Keating, Mary Black, Phil Coulter, Clannad, Mary Byrne and Gilbert O'Sullivan. Is now working as Head of Drums with BIMM college in Dublin. Also played and sang backing vocals for Marianne Faithful. He also drums with Rosa Nutty, Antidotes, Alabaster and Visor.ĭrummer with Picturehouse and Pugwash. In 2015 the band released their debut EP, Live For The Dream.
